About Maria Alejandra Requena:

Maria Alejandra Requena began her show business career as a model at the age of 15, with a large number of commercials and catalog photographs, billboards and pageants that extended her fame beyond the borders of her native Venezuela. She studied Publicity and Marketing in the Instituto Nuevas Profesiones, later working in her chosen field as well as taking a diploma in broadcasting from the Universidad Central de Venezuela. Today she is one of the most famous reporters in her native country, where she has participated in numerous international programs.

Her first television appearance was in 1997 as hostess for the program "Las mejores playas de Latinoamerica" (The Best Beaches of Latin America), transmitted by Sony Entertainment Television.

A year later in 1998 she arrived at Radio Caracas Television to lead "Atrevete a Sonar" (Dare to Dream), with Nelson Bustamante. Since then she has been considered part of the great RCTV family due to her perseverance and excellent work throughout her career.

Mariale arrived in Miami with her husband, Ismael Hurtado and their two children Andres and Miranda, to form part of MegaTV as co-presenter of Paparazzi Magazine, where she appeared for one year. She now rejoins the MegaTV family in the new news program "De Frente."

About Alejandro Marcano Santelli:

Alejandro Marcano Santelli, a native of Venezuela, has over twenty-one years of experience as a reporter. He began in local Venezuelan television in 1990, narrating sports news on the Caracas channel CMT. Two years later he moved to AVN (a cable channel) as a political reporter, followed by TELEVEN-Channel 10. 1995 was an important year in his career, when he helped to create and found a small channel that today is the most important TV channel in Venezuela: GLOBOVISION.

Alejandro began at GLOBOVISION as a producer and narrator of headline news, but it wasn't long before he was named the news anchor for the network. His professionalism and dedication made him the star presenter for more than 14 years, transmitting 7 hours of news every day, live. He was also known for 10 years as Venezuela's correspondent for TV and Radio Marti, narrating the news from Cuba. During this time he learned what it is to live under a dictatorship, an experience that opened his eyes to what would later occur in the politics and society of his own Venezuela.

Alejandro also achieved a high level of popularity in Caracan radio, where beginning in 2006 he enjoyed a fun and family oriented daily radio show.

Despite his professional triumphs he found himself under constant attack as part of the staff of GLOBOVISION, which was declared an enemy of the Government of President Hugo Chavez. It was for this reason that Alejandro and his wife decided to leave Venezuela, finally settling in Miami with their family on June 28, 2009. He was granted political asylum in the US in the record time of 7 days, after officially resigning from GLOBOVISION. His resignation was not accepted by the network executives, who rather granted him a one year sabbatical, from which he never returned.

Alejandro Marcano resumed his professional life in MegaTV, first on the nightly show Los Implicados, and later as official news presenter for Mega News and Mega News Nocturno. Today he forms part of the news team of "De Frente."

About Max Aub:

Mexican-born Max Aub has 29 years of experience as reporter and communicator in important television and radio media both in Mexico and the United States. His years of experience as a reporter include his participation as talent and News Director of Grupo Televisa, TV Azteca and Grupo Latino de Radio, as well as special assignments covering different important stories for the Telemundo network such as the terrorist attacks on the Twin Towers, the Iraq War and the devastating hurricanes between 2001 and 2005.

Between 2006 and 2008 he started and directed La W Radio in Los Angeles, California.
